Hello everyone, my name is Christa Lei. I'm an eighteen year old student living in Omaha, NE. I'm originally from Honolulu, HI. I'm a pre-med student, though I'm thoroughly enjoying my new found life as a fashion blogger. I actually have a tumblr where I frequently blog things that I like. Honestly, if I wasn't studying pre-med, I would have a career in fashion. It's funny, because I've always been into fashion. My mother would always catch me doodling or drawing new outfits and designs as a child. I just never realized it until I was in high school. In middle school, I also ran a bunch of fansites, and was fascinated with what celebrities wore. My social media resume is rather extensive, and I've worked with some celebrities in running a street team or fansite. I also love styling others, and generally just adore everything with fashion. If I was in fashion, my ideal job would be at a fashion magazine like NYLON, which merges my passion for music and fashion and lifestyle and culture all into one.

My fashion sense right now is more bohemian chic than anything. I've been influenced by celebrity fashion, and I'm very into flowy skirts and gauzy tops, things that make me feel girly, yet like a "dirty hippie" at the same time. Throughout high school, however, I used to be very into plain colors, cardigans and coats, and East Coast/European style. I was a minimalist (as observed in my '2007' outfit) who did not enjoy using jewelry, and preferred that the bag and outfit made a statement, rather than the accessories. I still believe using less is more, but now I'm more experimental with fashion than I was when I was younger.

My favorite stores are H&M, Urban Outfitters, TopShop, and ASOS. Occasionally, I will step into Forever 21, since their store pretty much rips off of every other designer, to try out trends and such. My favorite labels are Marc by Marc Jacobs, Wildfox Couture, Kain, LNA, Rebecca Taylor, Alice + Olivia, Miu Miu, Chanel, Proenza Schouler, and more.
